A Fit All

A game about stretching and shrinking. Made for GMTK Game Jam 2024. The theme: "Built to Scale"

Washing clothes is a pain. But receiving your stuff from the laundry all changed to the wrong size may be as hurtful. But no worries! Introducing A Fit All Paul's Fixer Laundry! We take your stretched and shrunk clothes and get it back the shape that fits! We are so sure in our technology that if you don't like the result we will pay YOU money! Welcome and may all you clothes fit perfectly always!     

Rules

The mechanics of my game are simple: 

• Customers bring you clothes of the size that isn't matching.
• You, the player, take (press Space to pick up/drop and A, D or Arrow Keys to move around) those close to our patented Size Changing Washing Machine ©.
• Developers note: I know it's a bummer, but the clothes doesn't go into The Washing Machine. You can just leave the item in front of the Machine and proceed to the control panel :) 
• Set the program at the control panel (with 1, 2 and 3 keys), run it (pressing E) and Ta da! you got yourself a matching sized item. 
• Take it back the customer and receive well earned money. 100 a piece. But be diligent, because if you give a customer a wrong size you will have to pay them 50 for the troubles.
• Repeat with the next customer.

That's it. Earn enough money (1000 will be just fine) to take a deserved break.
